Here’s your cartoon for this week’s CNN Opinion newsletter. Please sign up to get these in your inbox every Sunday.
You will not see a YouTube video of this as I have been suspended again. It was for the cartoon on the racist racists. This suspension will last two weeks unless I win my appeal, which I don’t have a great track record with. I also had a cartoon taken down yesterday on LinkedIn. That was for the Boris and Andrew cartoon. Either LinkedIn doesn’t like pedophiles or werewolves. They were not specific.
Music Note: What did I listen to while drawing this cartoon? Why, The Supremes, of course.
Signed prints: The signed prints are just $40.00 each. Every cartoon on this site is available. You can pay through PayPal. If you don’t like PayPal, you can snail mail it to Clay Jones, P.O. Box 3721, Fredericksburg, VA 22402. I can mail the prints directly to you or if you’re purchasing as a gift, directly to the person you’re gifting.
Notes on my book, Tales From The Trumpster Fire: There are 19 copies of my book in stock, which go for $45.00 each, signed. Also, I have copies of my first book from 1997, Knee-Deep in Mississippi available for $20.00.
Tip Jar: if you want to support the cartoonist, please send a donation through PayPal to clayjonz@gmail.com. You can also snail it to P.O. Box 3721, Fredericksburg, VA 22402.
Watch me draw:
Clay,
My wife said if you keep being “bad” and getting “suspended” I won’t be able to trade cartoons with you no more because you are a bad influence.
(To your readers out there … I am kidding around with Clay. I am starving in the cartooning world because of my caustic graphic cartoons that no editor would touch with a ten-foot pole…that is why nursing was my bread and butter. Clay has tried to impart journalistic professionalism my way but my MAD magazine satire/cynicism imitation years won’t permit that level of sanity).

I don’t get why you keep getting suspended. At the very least aren’t you protected by the 1st Amendment. Don’t they understand these cartoons are satirical?

Suspensions? This is the only social media site I allow myself. Obviously I am missing something, but I refuse to go anywhere else to find out what.

Several sites block “inappropriate” comments when you try to comment. They don’t tell you what was inappropriate about your comment.
