Elon vs Peon

Elon Musk proposed a cage fight to Mark Zuckerberg and shockingly, he accepted.

At first, I thought it was a huge joke created by an outside party until I heard it was real, but I’m still not sure that it’s not a joke. There is a genuine rivalry between the two, especially since the launch of Threads last week. Elon is suing Meta, the company that owns Threads in addition to Facebook and Instagram, and that’s probably more serious than a cage fight between the two.

Musk and Zuck are both unpopular people and the two of them wanting a cage fight is a good example of why people don’t like them. They’re egotistical. There’s nothing for either of them to gain in an actual physical fight other than bragging rights. The people who dislike these guys the most are users of their platforms. Winning a fight over someone as unpopular as you won’t make more people like you. This is the Iraq-Iran War all over again.

But if this is a social media fight, then Zuckerberg wins. Facebook is bigger than Twitter. While the number of people on Twitter number in the millions, Facebook is in the billions. Facebook is worth over $744 billion while Elon has actually decreased the value of Twitter which is now at $15 billion after he purchased it for $44 billion.

Elon demonstrated a great mind for business before he purchased Twitter, which he did begrudgingly which was another act of his ego getting his ass in trouble. Elon purchased Tesla and made it bigger to the point that a lot of people believe he created it. He did create SpaceX and it has been a success. But he’s destroying Twitter and making a lot of enemies with it.

While some polls show he has a slight edge over Zuck in approval ratings, I think a lot of people would prefer to see Elon take an ass-kicking at this time, though that could change on any given week. If you want to talk to people who don’t like Zuckerberg, then hop on Facebook.

Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign is probably doomed. Perhaps the only way he could improve his poll numbers is to fight Elon or Zuck in a cage. I know there are a lot of people in Florida who’d love to get in a cage with DeSantis.

Who do you think would win in a cage match between Musk and Zuck? Who would you want to win? Personally, I don’t think either guy could take a punch.
