Yours or Mine?

In the race to murder as many civilians as they can, Benjamin Netanyahu is currently leading Vladimir Putin by over 25,000 deaths.

Putin has a larger territory to cover than Bibi does, but he’s hit a larger variety of civilian targets, like daycare centers, train stations, apartment buildings, playgrounds, theaters, bus stations, grocery stores, senior homes, and just this week, the largest children’s hospital in Ukraine.

Netanyahu has hit nearly all of those same targets as well in his war with Hamas, dropping bombs indiscriminately in Gaza, but also striking a humanitarian aid convoy. Netanyahu has killed at least 150 journalists and Putin has killed about 20.

I’m surprised these two war criminals haven’t started bombing dog parks yet (don’t steal that idea, colleagues).

Despite being at war longer, Putin’s numbers are lower than Bibi’s, probably due to Gaza being more densely populated. It’s not due to Putin avoiding targeting civilians.

I have full confidence that Vladimir Putin is intentionally targeting civilians. Even Hitler initially avoided targeting cities during the early stages of the Blitz (that didn’t last long).

Putin started his war over a lie and immediately targeted civilians. After Putin murders innocent civilians, he lies. Russia’s state-run news outlets either claim it’s fake news or that Ukraine is responsible. Putin has taken no precautions to avoid killing civilians.

I’m not as certain with Netanyahu as I am with Putin. I am not comfortable claiming that Netanyahu is intentionally bombing civilians but I am confident in saying he’s not taking precautions. You can’t claim you’re being careful when you hit an aid convoy. You can’t claim you’re being careful when you kill nearly 300 civilians while rescuing four hostages. Neither of these leaders cares about killing civilians. Both leaders have refused peace proposals and wish to continue their wars. Both leaders love war.

These two murderers would rather hide the fact they’re killing children than actually stop killing children. Putin has kicked out Western media while Netanyahu has banished Al Jazeera. Which nation is run by a dictator? Both leaders are war criminals.

The best way for Russia and Israel to stop killing civilians is to stop their wars. They’re not going to do that, so the best way for these wars to end is for Russia and Israel to replace their leaders.
