Got Milkski?

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny has gone missing which is weird because he’s in the Russian prison system. How did Putin’s Russia lose a prisoner? They didn’t.

Navalny was serving an 11-year sentence on phony charges when the state decided to tack on 19 more years and then move him to a much harsher prison because the first one was just a little too sun-shiny.

At first, Russia told Navalny’s lawyers that there was an electrical problem in their system and then they admitted he wasn’t in the first prison and never arrived at the second. This means they actually did lose him (not likely), he escaped in a very dramatic fashion (even less likely), they moved him to a location that’s even worse like a gulag in Siberia where the only items on the lunch menu are roaches and back hair, or he’s dead.

Alexei Navalny is one of the bravest people on the planet. He opposed Putin as a presidential candidate. Then some bullshit was created to make him ineligible to run. Then Putin’s goons tried to poison him. Navalny left the country for medical treatment from the poisoning and then, despite knowing what was in store for him from Putin’s dictatorship, he returned to Russia. After arriving, they found him guilty of not dying from a secretly-sanctioned government-approved assassination attempt and put him in prison. This is what an actual weaponized justice system looks like.

What’s also gone missing is a binder of classified intelligence that disappeared from the White House during Trump’s last few days in office (sic). Notice that Trump didn’t lose classified intel on Austria, Chile, Nova Scotia, Thighland, Yo-Semite, or any other nations that aren’t Russia…he only lost classified intel on Russia. And, this intel was on the investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential election that helped Trump win (sic) the presidency (sic, sic, sic).

So, where is this binder? Is it still in a shower at Mar-a-Lago? Is it under a bed at his New Jersey club? Was it eaten by bed bugs at Trump Doral? Is it at the Kremlin? Is it stowed away with Navalny?

The binder also contains raw intelligence the US and its NATO allies collected on Russians and Russian agents. Putin would love to have this information. He would love to know what we know.

Senate Intelligence Committee leaders were briefed about this missing binder last year and it was so sensitive, that the briefing could only be held at CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia. I’m sure Trump’s shower is just as secure.

Trump ordered this binder to be brought to the White House so he could declassify everything in it except for the information about Moscow hookers and pee-pee before he left office (sic). Remember, this information is so sensitive that the CIA didn’t want to deliver briefings on it outside of CIA headquarters. This is how little Trump respects classified information.

The Russian intelligence was just a small part of the documents in the binder which has been described as being 10 inches thick and containing reams of information about the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia. But the raw intelligence on Russia was among its most sensitive classified materials, and top Trump administration officials repeatedly tried to block him from releasing the documents. Why would Trump feel the need to release these documents in his last days in office (sic), especially if he really believes he can continue to declassify documents after his presidency (sic) which he has argued.

The day before Trump left the White House in a hissy fit, he issued an order declassifying most of the binder’s contents which created panic in the last hours of his presidency (sic). Multiple copies of the redacted binder were created inside the White House with plans to distribute them across Washington to Republicans in Congress and right-wing goon propagandists, which were probably people like Tucker Carlson and Laura Loomer. But White House lawyers were initially successful in retrieving the documents before they were able to go up on News Max and the Daily Stormer.

Trump’s chief-of-staff Mark Meadows hand-delivered a redacted copy to the Justice Department for a last review just minutes before Joe Biden was inaugurated. But the Justice Department has yet to release most of the material Trump declassified, perhaps because the department is not under the control of a Russian asset.

Trump’s allies have sued the Justice Department and National Archives for this binder so they can release it to the public. Why do they want to do that? Why do Republicans and MAGAts want to help Putin so much?

If they’re not blocking aid to Ukraine then they’re trying to release classified information on Russia. We can not allow Trump and his goons to get anywhere near classified information ever again.

So if you see come across an orange binder with orange fingerprints, ketchup stains, and information about Russian hookers, that might be it.

  1. Somehow I missed reports Navalny was missing. Probably gone forever. And here we have Putin getting a shout out again from the orange turd. Bagman Meadows doin the dirty work. Ugh. I am going to predict again SCOTUS will kick him to the curb and down the drain. Tomorrow would not be soon enough.

    1. I’m horrified that it’s been nearly 3 years that this binder has been missing and that no one is tearing Mar-a-Lago, Bedminster, and Trump Tower apart to find it, that Ivanka’s grave has not been dug up to search for it, and that the homes of everyone whoever worked for tRump have not been searched trying to find it. It seems to me that it would be a #1 priority to get that thing back and into a safe place. It’s scary to think whose hands it may be in by now.

  2. You might not care, but your word for ‘milk’ is spelled incorrectly on the milk boxes. (The reason an American citizen knows this is because I was trained as a russian interrogator in the U.S. Army)

There is no letter “N” in russian (well … there IS a letter that sounds like N, but it looks like “H”). The word for milk is: ” молоко “. The funny pi looking letter with the bent back leg is the russian letter “L”, and the word is pronounced like it looks: Mol – o – ko.

Just thought I’d put in my 2 cents. And for what it’s worth, I love your comics. Thank you for being so prolific and spot on.

  3. The government has a way, of, making those who oppose it, vanish, and, the more the, disappearings happen, the more, fear will, take over, until, nobody, DARES, speaking a single, P-E-E-P, and the people are, too enslaved, too, fearful to, speak up and out against the, governments that, abused them, which allowed these, dictators, complete, control!
