I just saw a Fox News headline that said, “Jim Jordan creeps ahead of Steve Scalise for Speaker of the House.” Creep is right.
There isn’t a Republican in the House of Representatives who would make a good Speaker, including Steve Scalise, but there are several who could compete for worse, starting with Jim Gym Jordan. Keep in mind that one reason they tossed out Kevin McCarthy is because he was a liar. If you don’t like liars, then don’t replace him with Jim Gym Jordan.
Jordan isn’t just a liar. He’s a vile despicable rancid piece of trash who’s also one of the biggest failures in Congress. Name a piece of legislation he’s sponsored that the House has passed. Studies have found him to be one of the least effective members of the House, if not the very least.
Jim Gym gaslighted Benghazi, helped Trump attempt to steal the election he lost, was in contact with him on January 6, refused to testify before the January 6 Committee, and is now lying about Hunter Biden while trying to impeach the president over rumors, weak accusations, and innuendos. He also failed to report sexual assault when he was a wrestling coach. Jim Gym Jordan isn’t just a failure as a member of the House but as a human being. One of his colleagues described him as “humble.” If Jim Gym Jordan is humble then I’m a saint who’s never said a fucking curse word in his life.
Some members are afraid of endorsing Scalise publicly out of fear of reprisals from Jordan. That’s a reason Jordan shouldn’t be Speaker. Another great reason this guy shouldn’t be Speaker is that Donald Trump has endorsed him. I wouldn’t hire a pool cleaner if he came with a Trump endorsement. You’d end up swimming with snakes and rabid raccoons.
There should be another study of the House, one to find the worst human piece of slime in the GOP caucus. Ooh, that would be a tough one, but Jim Gym Jordan would be in the running.

If someone as immoral as that gets to preside over the House, I can’t imgine what will hapen next in the, U.S., perhaps, all the rights mentioned by the Constitution will be, taken away from the, people??? Then, the people will, finally, become, aware, of how the, Republican is, a, dictatorship-minded, political, party…but by then, it would be, too late to, oust them all, from the, legislature.

If the people of this country are dumb enough to elect Republicans to rung it I will not be surprised if what you describe doesn’t happen. That is because that is what they are planning on doing if they take the WH. Pray that a majority of the voters wake up to what the Republicans have planned.

Meet the third string, bench-warming, amateur hour, junior varsity that somehow is running Congress …. “GYM-GYM” Jordan, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz …. And don’t get me started on Gaetz. International crisis abounds and our Congress is rendered Speaker-less. Republicans have no idea how to govern ….

I think the Republicans who are afraid of voting for Scalise are not just scared of retaliation by Jordan…they’re also scared of retaliation by Trump. Even as Donald continues his downward slide into legal problems and violent threats, the GOP is still beholden to his wishes….
