Jared Kushner is a good candidate to play Ken in the new Barbie movie. He’s white, rich, entitled, lifeless, doesn’t live in reality, and dickless. But instead of being featured in a Hollywood movie, he’s starring in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation of Donald Trump’s attempt to steal the 2020 election and inciting a white nationalist insurrection.
In case you just now started paying attention, Jared is the son-in-law of Donald Trump. He, along with his wife, Ivanka, worked in the White House as an unpaid aide and adviser to Trump. During his tenure, Jared worked on immigration and foreign policy among other matters despite having zero experience in government issues. He had difficulty getting a security clearance and had to submit his application three times because he kept lying and forgetting compromising contacts. Eventually, Trump, as president (sic) overruled the FBI’s suggestion that Jared not be given a security clearance. He began his White House career trying to establish a back channel to communicate with Russia to avoid being detected by U.S. intelligence, received special loans from Qatar, received another huge loan from an American company after a White House meeting, used WhatsApp to communicate with Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman who he helped cover and excused for the murder of Washington Post reporter Jamal Khashoggi, and from whom he also received $2 billion from after leaving the White House. He also received additional “investments” after leaving the White House from Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Reportedly, while they were unpaid “advisers” to the president (sic), Javanka made over $640 million, much of it coming from business in foreign nations, Hunter Biden.
Jared testified before a grand jury in Washington that it was his impression Donald Trump truly believed the election was stolen from him. Other witnesses contradict Jared and claim that Trump expressed to them that he knew he lost.
Alyssa Farah Griffin, the White House communications director while Trump was trying to steal the election from the legitimate winner, testified that Trump, asked her, probably rhetorically, “Can you believe I lost to Joe Biden?”. Griffin told the House committee investigating the steal attempt and insurrection, “In that moment I think he knew he lost.”
The House committee referred a number of possible charges to the Justice Department last year, including inciting an insurrection, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and obstructing an act of Congress. Jack Smith’s legal team may be building a case that when Trump was trying to overturn the election he lost, that he knew he lost.
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mark Milley, testified before the House committee that Trump acknowledged in a White House meeting he lost. Milley said, “He says words to the effect of, ‘Yeah, we lost, we need to let that issue go to the next guy,’ Meaning President Biden.”
Text messages in early December 2020, between Trump lawyers, including Boris Epshteyn and Rudy Giuliani, show that they were trying to find any evidence the election was stolen when they didn’t have any.
Some messages read: “Urgent POTUS request need best examples of ‘election fraud’ that we’ve alleged that’s super easy to explain. Doesn’t necessarily have to be proven, but does need to be easy to understand.”
“Is there any sort of ‘greatest hits’ clearinghouse that anyone has for best examples? Thank you!!!”
Rudy texted, “The security camera in Atlanta alone captures theft of a minimum of 30,000 votes which alone would change result in Georgia. Remember it will live in history as the theft of a state if it is not corrected by State Legislature.” How does Rudy know how many votes were “stolen” by watching a camera? Of course, Rudy was lying.
Ivanka has also been subpoenaed by the Special Counsel but hasn’t testified yet. I think if they separate her and Jared’s testimonies far apart, then maybe they won’t have their stories aligned.
There’s also evidence that Tom Fitton, the head of the conservative group Judicial Watch, was in direct communication with Trump before Election Day and told associates that Trump “would falsely declare victory on election night and call for the vote counting to stop.” Not only did Trump and his people know he didn’t win the election and it wasn’t stolen, but they knew BEFORE the election that they were going to lose. I guess they were aware he was a bad president (sic).
An audio recording made on Oct. 31, 2020, captured white nationalist Steve Bannon telling white nationalist associates that Trump was going to declare he had won the election. Bannon is heard in the recording saying, “But that doesn’t mean he’s a winner, he’s just going to say he’s a winner.” Bannon is all about lies and fascism.
Other Trump advisers testified to the House committee, along with Attorney General William Barr that Trump was told he lost and there was no evidence of fraud sufficient to change the results of the election.
Trump lost the election, but the issue here is that Trump knew he lost. He knew he lost the election to Joe Biden fairly when he was attempting to steal it. And Jared knows it too.
Lying under oath is still a crime, isn’t it?

Shit! I knew he was going to declare he won even if he lost! I read whatever news was coming out of the White House, and it was all in there. Trump knows how to lie, but he does not know how to lie well. I didn’t know about Jan. 6, But I knew he was going to try something. He was acting like a man alresdy defeated!

The impression was of a bias for fraud and sedition, rather than running a coherent reelection campaign at all.
