My train from Miami was scheduled to have me back in Fredericksburg at 6 A.M. Friday. My plan was to get a few hours of sleep then start work for CNN. Because of an inconsiderate tree choosing to commit suicide by train, I didn’t get back to Fredericksburg until after 1 P.M. Stupid rude tree.

I worked out a few ideas on the train and resumed drawing up roughs after I got home. Despite being drained from the Sloop John B. Amtrak train ride from Hell, (which is what we call Florida), I still ended dup working until 11 P.M. I’m still tired.
