Ted Cruz Defends Nazis

CNN10312021

Here’s your cartoon for this week’s CNN Opinion newsletter. Please sign up to get these in your inbox every Sunday.

What is it with Republicans and defending Nazis? You got Trump, you got Glenn Youngkin in Virginia, and now you have Ted Cruz? Maybe the reason they’re defending Nazis so much is that they’re all Nazis.

Signed prints: The signed prints are just $40.00 each. Every cartoon on this site is available. You can pay through PayPal. If you don’t like PayPal, you can snail mail it to Clay Jones, P.O. Box 3721, Fredericksburg, VA 22402. I can mail the prints directly to you or if you’re purchasing as a gift, directly to the person you’re gifting.

Notes on my book, Tales From The Trumpster Fire: There are ZERO copies of my book in stock, which go for $45.00 each, signed. A new shipment will arrive in early November. Also, I have copies of my first book from 1997, Knee-Deep in Mississippi available for $20.00.

Tip Jar: if you want to support the cartoonist, please send a donation through PayPal to clayjonz@gmail.com. You can also snail it to P.O. Box 3721, Fredericksburg, VA 22402.

  1. So, Nazis don’t like ugly people? I guess blond-haired blue-eyed boys can never be ugly. Take a look in their hearts. That is where ugliness comes from, and man, are Nazis ugly! They should be hating themselves! (What am I saying? Of course they hate themselves. Why else would they be Nazis?)

  3. Clay, while people like Cruz, Trump, Younkin, Gosar, Cawthorn, et al have the right in our country to speak their mind (providing no one is getting hurt), we also have the right to tell them we find their rhetoric abusive and offensive. I seem to recall when Texans needed its Senators most during a hurricane, Mr. Cruz took a vacation to Cancun. Maybe that is where the Nazi sympathizers were having a rally. But, my favorite Cruz story is after single handedly shutting the government down for a debt limit increase in 2013 (I think), he would later vote for a tax reduction that increased the debt by about $2 trillion. By the way, it took ten female senators from both parties to tell Cruz and others to get out of the pool to avoid the US reneging on its debt 24 hours before it happened. Keith
