Schneiderman

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman resigned this week after four women accused him of physical abuse.

The women say Schneiderman had repeatedly choked, hit or violently slapped them, all without their consent during his tenure as Attorney General. These women were romantic partners with the 63-year-old Schneiderman and the abuse often occurred in bed.

Schneiderman has denied the allegations, but he resigned within three hours of the accusations becoming public. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo also called for his resignation after the article was published in The New Yorker.

I saw a lot of conservative trolls whooping and cheering about this and demanding that liberals criticize the guy, despite the fact liberals were already criticizing the guy. They also failed to notice that the information they were celebrating was obtained from the so-called fake news media. Of course, these are the same jerks who were silent about Roger Ailes, Bill O’Reilly, and even Dennis Hastert. I am always amused at people exhibiting their hypocrisy while accusing others of hypocrisy.

Creative notes: This is a quickie cartoon I drew because there are other issues I feel I need to hit this week. I drew a quickie yesterday too. I am so far ahead, that since my files are dated, the readers at GoComics are going to believe I’m the last to cover an issue. I also felt this was too big of a story for me to miss. I don’t care if the guilty party is liberal or conservative. When I see wrongdoing, I’m going after it.

Here’s the video.

  1. The one that really got me was Conway’s tweet, “Gotcha!” I sent her a tweet back, “Gotcha?? Wait, does that mean you had something to do with this? Is this an admission? Never mind, I don’t think you’re that clever.” I admit to mixed feelings about how some of these “Me Too” events have been handled, but at least the Dems do not hesitate to take action, and do not knowingly endorse accused candidates. Loved this one – short and to the point!

  2. So, from what I’ve seen, when an accusation pops up about a liberal/Democrat, he steps down. It might take a day, or a little longer, but he does what’s right. The conservatives? They have to get pushed, paid, or picketed out. 😦
