Some Costa Rican Tongue

I drew this cartoon for The Costa Rica Star and it ran Friday, March 16.

The president signed a new anti-nepotism law and I speculated  it could impact the next administration, if that presidency is occupied by religious wingnut Fabricio Alvarado and his speaking-in-tongues wife.

I draw four cartoon a month for the Star. Since there’s five weeks in March and the election is in early April, I took this week off so I can draw next week closer to election day.
