Domestic Supply Of School Shooting Victims

In a blistering dissent to the majority opinion legalizing bump stocks, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayer wrote, “Today, the Court puts bump stocks back in civilian hands. To do so, it casts aside Congress’s definition of ‘machinegun’ and seizes upon one that is inconsistent with the ordinary meaning of the statutory text and unsupported by context or purpose.”

Writing for the majority, Clarence Thomas wrote, “We conclude that [a] semiautomatic rifle equipped with a bump stock is not a ‘machinegun’ because it does not fire more than one shot ‘by a single function of the trigger.”

And to that, Justice Sotomayer responded, “When I see a bird that walks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, I call that bird a duck.”

That also applies to corrupt Supreme Court justices. When I see a justice taking free vacations and other gifts from sugar daddies, that justice is corrupt. When a justice’s wife participates in trying to steal an election, or his wife is flying treason flags from two of their homes, that justice is compromised and needs to recuse himself. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it’s a corrupt duck.

She also wrote, “This is not a hard case. All of the textual evidence points to the same interpretation.” Justice Sotomayer read her dissent out loud from the bench. She was joined in her dissent by the other two liberal justices, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Jackson Brown.

The six conservative justices in the majority, with at least two of them being corrupt beneficiaries of gifts from sugar daddies and married to the Insurrectionist House Wives of Washington, DC, used obscure technical arguments to protect bump stocks, a device that can help a mass killer shoot over 800 bullets a minute.

Nobody nobody nobody anywhere outside of a war zone who’s in the military needs to shoot 800 bullets in a minute. Typically, the gun nut’s defense to this is that they want one and it’s not your or my place to tell them what kind of gun they need. They’ll also quote half a sentence from the Constitution, “…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Notice the ellipsis and the “t” is not capitalized? That’s because they always cut off the first part of the sentence, “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State…”

Even the only sentence they know doesn’t support their claim that they can be as horny for guns as they want without limitations. They use the Constitution to fight gun regulations while the word “regulated” is literally in their favorite sentence of the Constitution.

The Supreme Court bends over backward to protect a device that’s not constitutionally protected. Banning bump stocks doesn’t ban any guns. You want a technical argument? A bump stock is NOT a gun. Basically, SCOTUS is saying you have a constitutional right to commit a mass shooting. I mean, what else is a bump stock made for? If you need to shoot 800 shots in a minute to hit a target, then you probably shouldn’t own a gun.

While SCOTUS is trying to protect guns, devices only gun fetishists and mass shooters would own, and fetuses, they’re not protecting children.

In overturning Roe allowing Yeehaw states to ban abortions, and protecting bump stocks, Justice Samuel Alito, husband of insurrectionist flags aficionado Martha, made a reference to a “domestic supply of infants.” What SCOTUS has done now is give the future mass shooters in this nation a domestic supply of mass shooting victims.
