I’m sorry you had to draw this; I wish it wasn’t needed. I watched all of the videos on msnbc.com, and was horrified, as well as shocked and dismayed. What on earth has this country come to?

You are resisting arrest! ( person thrashing on ground involuntarily ) Stop resisting! The taser should only be able to shoot twice, before a mandatory time out of five minute or something. Robert Dziekański was also tasered to death.
