Let Trump have his way.
Let’s all agree that he did, in fact win the 2020 election.
He can’t get a do-over on serving President Biden’s term. But if we concede that he won in 2020, there are some interesting consequences.
The 22nd amendment still holds that no person may be elected president more than twice.
By the provisions of the 22nd amendment, if Trump won in 2020, he was ineligible to run in 2024.
SInce Trump was ineligible in 2024 and there were no other Republican candidates, Kamala Harris effectively ran unopposed. Therefore, she won the 2024 election by default.
Trump must vacate the White House immediately. All of his actions, including pardons, executive orders, appointments and bill signings are null and void.
President Harris can get to work repairing the damage Trump has caused and get to work on amendments to the Constitution that makes sure that another Trump can never happen.
Simple, wot?
