I am done with WaPo. I am listening to Jonathan Capehart as I type who does not like this oligarchic decision. Right here in fair Mpls the local paper decided against endorsements of anykind before the two this week. This last few years has really revealed the nature of country as all the trappings have been ripped off.

They may employ oligarchic types, but these guys (Bezos, the owner of the LATimes, etc.) are plutocrats. The decision to “not take sides” is one made by plutocrats, who serve no one but themselves.
For news, I now read the Guardian. I also check Information, but it’s in Danish and tiring to read, but worth it. Excellent analyses, lightly concealed disgust with the emergent American plutocracy.
