Fishing In Costa Rica

Here’s this week’s cartoon for The Costa Rica Star.

The International Surfing Association (ISA) will be holding it’s 2016 World Surfing Games in Jaco, Costa Rica. Many people will use the event as an excuse to go fishing for prostitutes, which is apparently a really big deal in Jaco. If you google the Hotel Cocal the first page will have results about prostitution and the hotel. Since prostitution is legal, I’m not sure the hotel has an issue with reputation.
