R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

I really am not a fan of obituary cartoons to begin with, but I especially despise Heaven and Pearly Gates cartoons, even when I draw them. So, if I can work around it I will.

I love Aretha. She was amazing and definitely the queen of soul. To me, she may have been the queen of music. “Respect” isn’t actually my favorite song of hers. I like “Think” a lot better. Her vocals were always amazing, but I was impressed, even as a kid, with her on that tune. It also helps that I watched the Blues Brothers about a million times.
