Count me confused. I don’t understand how the winning caption is related to anything. Yes Monica had a blue dress on which traces of Bill’s DNA were found in stains related to semen. Yes, Republicans and Democrats and everyone else from time to time wear blue jackets (if needed) even though Republicans are forever tied to the color red and Democrats are tied to the color blue due to a consensus of the major networks to represent the states as such after a plurality in a state had voted either for a Republican or Democrat in some long ago presidential contest. Anyone care to let me in on the joke?
